Default Are Bloggers getting sued to shut them up?

    There is this one

    https://www.commonspace.scot/article...e-who-disagree

    This
    https://www.craigmurray.org.uk/archi...-craig-murray/

    and shoe on other foot

There is the case of WingsOverScotland who has launched an action against the Former Leader of the Scottish Labour Party , that one is a bit easier to follow as all the stuff is easily found,

To clarify a couple of things
*Craig Murrays blog use the links on his blog which take you to other article as he obviously can say anything
*Defamation is under Scottish Law as Libel and Slander are not available
(if someone could point out to Jeremy Corbyn that Scotland DOES have a different legal System)
*And that there is NO SUCH entity as the Scottish Labour Party (there were Two Previous Scottish Labour Parties) First one in 1888 Kier Hardie and all and another one founded in 1976 and closed in 1981)

If you know of any other Bloggers that are getting sued by Big Rich People either post on here or send me an email
Why you ask? I'm interested if it's a tactic to shut them up,at present Bloggers are running rings around the MSM , whose reporting skills seem somewhat lacking
