They offer to reclaim your charges for you. Basically it seems like they do everything you can do for yourself, as advised by this site, but they charge you for it. The rep who called me made no mention of the OFT case or anything so it all sounds like a bit of a scam...

i was approached by this people regularly and , atlast trusted and paid in april, now i can realise that i have got caught, now what shall i do.pls help to claims the charge
