    Default Kennywelsh1969 V Welcome Finance

    Well what can I say??

Welcome Finance have charged me £10 per letter regarding my account!

How dare they!!! Do they NOT realise who I am?

Well in response to the above THEY BLOOMING WELL DO NOW!!!!!!

So tomorrow they are getting the following letters

    1. 1 x DPA SAR REQUEST

    2. 1 x DISPUTE LETTER

    3. 1 x 14 DAY LBA

The muppet I was talking today didn't realise I was looking at the account info they have on me and I noticed some charges (Yeah I'M BAD) so they gettin a friendly LBA and the DPA SAR will also pick up the rest!

So tomorrow they get the letters and the only payment they are getting is a £10 Postal Order for my DPA SAR request and NOT the monthly payment due

I really do PMSL with this!!!

They probably looked in here to see your transcripts and decided not to bother

They are still trying to get me on the phone urgently, hmmmmm well they have my mobile number so why don't they just phone me on that.

Ah ha just realised if they phone my mobile, they won't make as much profit on the charge for phoning me

I can't understand why they don't want to speak to me as they seem to think its urgent, but they don't seem to be taking it that way though!

It's not as if I'm a difficult person to speak to on the phone, I am actually very pleasant to financial institutions and would like to resolve the situation amicablly and to the satidfaction of both parties.

So Welcome if your reading this then please phone me, I don't bite too hard but I don'tlet go when I smell blood.

    Default Got a Letter

Got a letter from them nice people at welcome today

    --------------------------------------

    Date: 08/12/2006

    Dear Mr Welsh

    RE: Account Number: XXXXXXXXX

Further to recent correspondence regarding your overdue account, I am disappointed to see that I have not received a reply. Please telephone me TODAY to discuss this matter further.

Your account has been charged with the sum of £10.00 being the cost of sending this letter.

    Yours sincerely

    Customer Account Manager

    ---------------------------------------

How nice and pleasant and they have added another £10 to my account, oh well thats another 14day LBA being sent to them.

They are also basically refusing to accept my dispute that I placed on the account PMSL they ain't getting the subtle hint, maybe I should go and phone them, because, if they phone me they will charge my account with £25 for a phone call.

Ok now that I have stopped rolling about on the floor laughing and literally p***ing myself with laughter, I better go and do it and just for the sheer hell of it, I'll add a transcribe of the conversation.
