Hi All
I am sure I heard on the radio a few weeks ago Martin Lewis the Money saving expert said that there is a loophole in the law that says that an individual who has a complaint against a fnancial institution has the legal right to charge that institution a fee of £10 per hour until the complaint is satisfied. So should we all write to the card companies with our complaints of not getting the agreements that we have paid for, If there is no such signed agreement available then we really do have a right to charge them this fee, as they are charging us. Can you imagine the financial headache that this would create. Has anyone else heard this or knows if its true and if so how do we start.
