Firstly I would just like to say a very big thank you to everyone who donated last month. If you donated but have not yet received you donators badge, please let me know and we can sort it out.

A lot of you are probably still familiar with this thread being run by Carlpenn.
Carl is still very busy at the moment and cannot dedicate as much time to the site as he would like so the business of raising the donations was taken over by our friend mom2mysononly and as you are all probably aware Mom has now been promoted to a Moderator on the site so I have been asked to take over this role, I only hope I can do as good a job as Carlpen and Mom.
Thank you Mom for your hard work over the past months and congratulations on your promotion.

Like my predecessors I would like to try and raise enough money, each month to cover what this site needs to run.
We need at least £200 So who will be the first to make their donation:

Unfortunately the month is now almost halfway through and we are nowhere near our monthly target...

We all appreciate we are going through hard times but the site really needs the help of the members the same as the members need the help of the site..

Well folks I haven't made a very good start in my role as Chief Fundraiser, have I..
Firstly I abandon the site for weeks due to circumstances beyond my control..
Now we have only got one day left in this month to donate and have not even reached the half-way point for the month.
I know things are hard for all of us, the current account claims have been stayed and look like remaining so for the immediate future, but there are still other claims going through and that means us members are still receiving the undivided attention of the Mod's and Admin..
This all takes money, not to pay the staff of course, but to buy books etc for them to be able to update all their very useful knowledge..and to keep the site up and running..
So please people, if you find yourself in a position to give just a pound, it would be very much appreciated..
Donations can be made through Pay-Pal or by post..You each have a donations card against your profile and the postal address is in my signature..
