Guys

The biggest problem with the diet industry is it is based on a standard human. THERE IS NO SUCH THING.

We are all different. Different height, metabolism, ability.

Being in a wheelchair, I have nearly always had a weight problem. I have only come to get to grips with it over the last few months.

My advise, give up on stupid books and fad diets and listen to your body. We are all unique and so should our diet be.

According to British Rail, the standard person could sit comfortably on an old-style train seat.....
