Sunday 20th january

Breakfast
cup of tea
bowl of fruit salad with a mullerlight yoghurt


Lunch

well that went far lol

after re joining weightwatchers for the 4th time on monday reality hit me when i stood on the scales so i am now following the plan 36 hours so far sticking to it

yesterdays menu was not very exiciting as i was out all day at uni

breakfast

25g blueberry filled shreddie things from sainsberrys (thats 14 of them i counted lol)

1/4 pint milk

3 fresh apricots

lunch

40g cooked pasta
toms and cucumber and lettuce
1 slice of ham
1 tbsp extra low fat mayo
all mixed together

3 fresh apricots
weightwatchers choccaramel bar (from sainsberrys)


dinner

ww spinach and ricotta cannoloni
salad
mediem jacket spud

ww chocolate mousse


mini bottle weightwatchers wine which wont gbet you drunk beleive me lol

well i lost 4 and a half pounds this week i have no idea how but i did lol i havnt started the excercising yet have been way to busy with uni work.

IM NOT DOING SO WELL HAVING A BAD WEEK FULL OF COLD AND ACHES AND PAINS, PLUS FAR TOO MUCH WINE AT THE WEEKEND WHICH DIDN'T HELP!!

i hope you feel better soon i have a party to go to on the 16th feb so need to lose as much as i can by then as no doubt i will put some on with the alcohol and food lol

i lost another 2 and a half pounds this week making it 1/2 a stone is anyone else gonna start a thread lol

any sign of WWdoing vodka yet tash lol

cook 4oz pasta shells/twirls
cool and put in a large bowl
add :-
1/2 a jar of sacla red pesto
i tin of sardines(in olive oil or in tomato sauce rinse the tomato sauce of and the sardines still retain the flavor,may be replaced whith tuna in brine drained obviously)
olives stuffed whith anchovies or garlic in brine (ammt to suit)
mix it all together,chill in fridge
vv filling
vv low in fat
vv tasty
good for snacking

i will try the tuna yuck sardines vodka is only a point a shot and seeings as i get 27 points a day i can manage almost a whole bottle if i dont eat the diet coke is free so im sorted. Weightwatchers do wine though and i thought it would be minging but it is actually quite nice especially the new fizzy one tastes rather like champagne

you should be eating at least 2 preferably 3 portions of oily fish per week
ESPECIALLY if you are on a weight loss diet tash ;)
will post a few recipes for them later
they don't have to be "yuck" lol

Granby why dont you come and live with me for a few months you can be my personal chef lol

I dont eat enough fish i know i should eat more i do have a tin of sardines in tomato sauce in the cuboard i have never tasted them before lmao and not sure of the use by date. I'm not realy keen on fish i can manage deep fried crispy prawns with mayo (not good on a diet) and i like monkfish (very expensive) and dont mind tuna with lots of other flavours to take away the taste.

onion fried in a teaspoon of oil
chestnut /normall dont no what there called mushrooms one pack of each chopped save a few if u want a bit of chucky bit in you soup put them in at the end,them put in with the onion and add a few cloves of garlic
salt /pepper
stock , veg oxo i use three per recipe
zap in a blender

you can add milk if you want it creamy its no point on weight watchers
