This site is a bit confusing, loads of different things going on.
Where do I start if I want to claim off of my credit card company NatWest.
I take it I wont get into trouble with them for doing this?
A lot of the charges are because I havent made payment on time or my credit card has exceeded its limit. I'm hoping if I do get any charges back that it will help pay the credit card off.
Any advice much appreciated please.
Hi and welcome
Firstly it is worth looking at the section called -> Faq's (http://www.penaltychargesforum.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=199)
There is also a -> Step-by-Step Guide (http://www.penaltychargesforum.co.uk/showthread.php?t=20553)
You can create a new thread in the relevant section in the forum for your bank called <You> v <bank>. Keeping this up to date will help us to advise you along the way.
You will find that other members will also contribute to your thread with their own experiences.
If you have any questions, no matter how silly you may think they are, please ask.
