hi this is just a small thing but accuracy maybe counts. The LBA in the Scottish section reads

and has again been confirmed again this year in CMC Group Plc And Others V Zhang [2006] EWCA Civ 408

This should now read

and has again been confirmed last year in CMC Group Plc And Others V Zhang [2006] EWCA Civ 408

I dont know if the other LBA's are the same but it might be worth changing. I know you wouldnt lose on this but thought i would mention it.
