Can anyone advise please.
I have an expired capital one credit card which is bog standard £300 limit.
I got into trouble somewhat 6 months ago in paying off the minimum monthly amount, Stupid I know, I had only spent £100 on the card and because I ignored paying them the debt now stands at £426 which most of this is interest as I actually only spent £100 on the card. They are stalking me for £426 which is an outrage.
With all this claiming going on with the banks, can I request they cancel there interest and I just pay them £100. They are injurying my credit record.
I do actually want to sort out this debt.
Any help appreciated
