Hi to friends old and new

Hey !

I thought it was about time I made a post as I registered a couple of weeks back now and had still not posted !

I found this site through a bud of mine Bill-K and if he says its pretty chilled out and cool over here, then thats good enough for me !

I'm not a total newb to the reclaiming process as I am about to issue N1 on wednesday which is my Natwest claim . The claim is for charges of £2160 and contractual interest of £2169- and growing nicely by the day !

I am also in court on wednesday to fight a final charging order on my home which was issued by the dreaded MBNA / 1st Credit shower !

Looking forward in a weird kind of way to my time in court which might have something to do with both MBNA and 1st Credit not complying with SAR and CCA deadlines .They are both well and truly in breach !

I also have 8 GE Money accounts and 2 Creation Finance accounts that are about to be in breach of CCA .

And plenty more claims besides,just waiting for me to start the process !

I havent got any of my charges back yet but Nw is gonna be the first i'm sure !

Hello, Hope, and a big warm welcome to you, matey !!! You'll know the ropes, I'm sure. Usual drill - read the Forum rules and the FAQ's, etc., blah, blah !!!

Had I realised you'd registered here already, I'd have PM'd you, but anyways, you've "come out" now - so that's fine, and it's good to see you.

One thing I will mention that is different here is the way that contractual interest claims are viewed, and I will PM you about that. As you have several already in progress, then this needs considering, I think.
