Got my list of charges, I stated in my request letter that it was from Feb 01 to Feb 07, the list is from June 02 to Nov 06. I know there are charges missed (after Nov 06)! I can view them online but they should have been on the list.
Any one else had incomplete list of charges??
Isn't this against the data protection act?
Perhaps I should report them.

By all means report them, but don't let it delay your claim. If you can get the missing statements online, use the spreadhseet on this site to work out the total amount and send the 14 day Letter before Action immediately.
