I'm sure relieved to find this site... phew!
I went overdrawn in December by £ 3.00 and by January had £ 500.00 of bank charges! Really peed off I investigated bank charges, found some info on the BBC web site, downloaded the 14 day letter from them, sent it off, heard nothing back so followed their advise and lodged a claim. I've still not heard anything back from the bank so started to worry a little.
In the short time I've been here I've found a few things I need to do and lots of other useful info that has made me feel a little better. A great site, thank you.
