Hello I joined today after reading the srticle in the daily mail too. I am Battling with RBS who has charged me a fortune in past, which I have accepted and put the blame on myself for being a bad budgeter however had some difficult years to contend with, and its great to hear that I have a right to try and claim this back. Good luck all of you, and I will certainly tell everyone I know and help them with what i learn along the way.

Just wanted to say HI to everyone, i've just joined :) My dad told me about the site this evening after watching a woman on our local news talking about bank charges.

Hi,
and welcome to the site, it may take a bit of getting your head around all the information on this site however i hope you find it as useful as i have and also that everyone here is very helpful.

a tip is to follow the "GUIDE" section as it takes you through the process step by step and also if you need any help either write it in your thread or go it to the chat room where someone is always there to help.

Good luck and i hope you get back all the money that is owed to you.
