Bank's Mortgage Triple Whammy

Bank of Scotland has admitted it took the October mortgage payment from some customers three times in three days.

It will not confirm or deny press reports that 7,000 borrowers suffered the triple payment whammy.

This happened to me, but I have to admit they were quite forthright and have rectified the problem including paying me back my charges so I am not complaining this time
