I understand that this will prob never actually end up in court, but what court do you end up going to?
Would it be my local magistrates court? If so then there will be a major problem........I'm not allowed to go there what so ever due to the fact my mother is a magistrate there.
Any advice? :)

It will be a county court but the chances of it getting that far are very slim to say the least.

Yes nearest county court and nothing to do with magistrates courts at all.
Your nearest local county court would be found here....but it won't get that far.

after speaking to my mum, the county court is at the same court she is located, however it can be seen there as she has nothing what so ever to do with the CC side of it :)

Please be aware that the two courts could use the same admin office and the clerks are all in the same lodge. They take tea together etc etc.
For your mum's sake tell her before you start lodging claims in case she feels embarrased. You should have told her everything by now anyway - that's what mums are for after all.
Besides she may have an inside track that could be useful and will certainly be able to point you in the right direction as to the person to contact with any particular problem.
Some courts try to transfer these cases as a matter of practise anyway to the court that deals with bulk cases - refuse - don't let it happen. keep it local to you.
