Court Costs

How much are the court costs if you run your claim through www.moneyclaim.gov.uk ? Any answers on this would be of great help. Also what is the best way to pay the ?10 DPA dislosure fee?

If sending DPA letter, post it Special delivery Guaranteed next day 1pm, enclose ?10 postal order(keep the post office reciept).

Hi there ive just looked at the court costs and im slightly confused my claim is for ?989 inc. interest but in my claim do i add court costs to amount im claiming for because if i do its going to be ?110 rather than ?80

I know in scotland :) it is

Charges + interest@8% + Court costs(whatever they are) at the stage of filing your claim

I think that it is the same in england (but if I'm wrong some of the MODS will correct me)

Can anyone help? i have taken the first step and put a claim in on the internet, and have had a reply saying they disagree with my claim and also dont know where i got my amount from, so now i got to pay even more money to take it to a local court, what do i do pay the money sa and risk another 100 pounds or just leave it?
